Local, established and growing construction firm in Richmond, CA, is seeking to add a Project Accountant to their team. This is 100% onsite. $95,000- $115,000/ DOE

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Accounting or similiar with 5+ years of Project Accounting in a Construction, or Engineering envionment REQUIRED
• Must be familiar with setting up projects, billing according to the contract, (% of completion, progress billings, lump sum etc), tracking expenses and closing out projects
• Large EPR system experience needed, VISTA VIEWPOINT STRONGLY DESIRED! Intermediate Excel required
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Richmond, CA, hours 7am- 4pm / This is not a hybrid position
• $95,000 - $115,000 plus benefits and possible bonus
